Experience – I’m an experienced HSSE and Law Enforcement Professional with 23 years of demonstrated history of Public Safety as well as Safety/DOT in the Oil & Gas Industry. I am skilled in HSE Management Systems, DOT, Gas, Petroleum, Emergency Management, EH&S, Security and Safety & Operator Training Programs. I spent 10 years full time in law enforcement before moving into Oil & Gas Safety. I have dedicated the last 14 years of my life to proactively protecting employees from unsafe acts and conditions all while continuing to serve as a Reserve or Part-time law enforcement agency. My law enforcement experience has taught me how to deal with people, investigate incidents thoroughly as to why they occurred, and write detailed reports. 

Consulting – The experience and knowledge I have gathered from over the last 14 years will allow me to provide consulting services that will include a comprehensive evaluation of your HSE and/or DOT programs to help identify gaps and learning opportunities and will come with a complete comprehensive report that includes Corrective Action(s) to protect you and your employees. If we work to protect employees, then your business will automatically fall in compliance with all Federal and State regulations.

Training Services – During the last two decades I have garnered the skill and expertise necessary to provide a wide variety of Safety training programs to fit your HSE needs. I am currently a certified instructor for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED as well an ANSI approved H2S Instructor. I obtained my CSHO certification for General Industry through the OHSA ED Center at the University of Texas at Arlington but am also trained in Construction Industry Standards as well.
