William Jones

Collection Tech/Trainer

William Jones currently serves as a Deputy Sheriff for Harrison County. When William is not protecting the citizens he serves as a Collection Tech and Trainer for Blue Line. Prior to getting into law enforcement full time, William worked in Occupational Safety for a few years doing drug and alcohol testing, CPR/Safety/Forklift Training.

Cody Simon


Cody graduated from Kilgore Junior College in 2007 and passed the national registry exam for EMT. He continued to further his EMS certification by enrolling in Paramedic classes at Kilgore Junior College graduating again in 2009, passing the registry and received his state license as a Paramedic. While in Paramedic class he also attended the Kilgore Fire Academy in the summer of 2008 graduating in August that year. He has since worked for several EMS stations in the ETX area. He is currently a lead paramedic for Camp County EMS and holds multiple certifications and license as well as being a certified EMS Instructor.

Robert Bryan

Retired TX DPS Trooper/DOT Expert

Over 27 yrs as a law enforcement officer. Served over 22 years as a Texas DPS Trooper with the last 11 years as a Commercial Vehicle (CVE) Enforcement Trooper. In addition to being a certified MCSAP trooper Robert was certified in passenger vehicle inspections (buses), Haz-Mat & tanker, and one of only a few troopers in Texas certified to do Level VI Radioactive transport inspections. Robert honorably retired in August 2017 as a DPS Senior Trooper. Robert Serves as our DOT and Crash Expert.
